Amazing Hotel and restaurant Cam gave us am amazing big suite and service. I appreciated the upgraded. The room could use more supplies for kitchen. Cam is amazing very quick to give what I needed and tell me about the fun things to do. Fly Over Canada is amazing and a great suggestion in Cams part. Will be back in July.

Only spent one evening at this hotel and was honestly stressed the whole time. We are visiting from Calgary and scheduled this hotel to be close to downtown and all the sites. With the games going on I knew the area was going to be busy; that was never an issue...we parked outside and checked into the hotel. The lobby was gorgeous and the staff very friendly - we got our room key, paid for our parking without a hitch and headed to find parking. Here is where our nightmare began... Upon entering the parkade we realized that the hotel has opened up all four parking levels to people attending the game - there was no gate to open and cars absolutely everywhere. On top of that construction is also happening in the parkade and despite saying that there are 170+ parking sports available we soon realize that a ton of those "available" parking spaces are occupied by construction equipment and completely unavailable. We drove around for half an hour trying to find a spot with no luck. We then finally found a spot on P1 and left the car for the day and returned after the game was over to move it down a level or two as P1 is not secure just to find that sure enough! All the spots are somehow still filled! We drove all the way down to the bottom of P4 which was partially flooded and my hubby managed to squeeze into the tiniest spot after having to get out and move construction screws and lines out of the way so we could get in without damaging our vehicle and finally made it upstairs to go to sleep; only to receive a call from the front desk at 12:30 am telling us we needed to go downstairs and get everything out of our vehicle and bring it to our room with us. Apparently even though the parkade is secure and they have an "on-site security guard" we couldn't even leave a few camping chairs and blankets in our back seat. Who in their right mind would pay $380.00+ for the most basic, dated hotel room that smelled musty plus a $100.00 deposit, plus $25.00 to "park" is beyond me. I did not enjoy my stay and honestly, after getting engaged the night before this did NOT set a great precedent for the rest of our vacation - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME ON THIS HOTEL. They should not be renting out hotel rooms knowing that people are coming with cars and have nowhere to park, then proceeding to make them pay for parking. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

First off, Vancouver is one of the 7th most expensive cities in the world. So the hotel. The staff is super friendly. There is a good restaurant on the property. The rooms were clean, but small with zero closets. Picture a motel 6 in the states for the size and amenities. Coffee in the room. Site has a hot tub and gym. Very close to lots of things to do and places to eat. We picked it as it is only a 5 minute cab ride to the port. Typical room price is like $250 a night, Canadian which is about as cheap as you can get downtown. Another plus; there is a stop for the hop-on, hop-off tour bus right outside the main entrance.

I tried to deal directly with the hotel with my concerns before posting a negative review but am sick of the run around I’m getting. In summary, small hot room and aircon was too noisy to use. Lots of street noise in the room. Service was non existent I have had my credit card double charged and they have my name wrong when replying to the email I sent. Go elsewhere.

My party along with multiple others had items stolen from our rooms on floors that should only be accessible with a hotel key. When confronted with this the management offered no real help. Rooms were subpar quality. The only thing this hotel has going for it is location, would recommend staying anywhere else that has even the slightest bit of decent customer service and safety.
